Shanghai DongXunShi Automatic Control Technology Co.,Ltd. was founded in January 2009 in Shanghai Zhangjiang High Technology Park. There are 7 overseas returnees in our company, mainly focus on the design, development, manufacture, saling, renting, technical support and testing service.
After our products won the innovation and start-up prize awarded by Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality(STCSM), and got the approval of the industry-university-reserch project of STCSM, we extended our scale and moved to ShangHai LinGang Industrial Area. Our team invested 27 million RMB by ourself financing in the research and development of products. In the process of the designing and developing, we conquered a series of technical problems of raw materials, and successfully solved various technical bottlenecks encountered in the R&D process. We focused on the localization of the core components of products, screened the raw materials and components, established the product component models, and used 3D technology to the pre-assemble and connnection of all the components in the strucural design. In the process of each step of trial manufacure, we analyzed the technical parameters of the materials and the structure, making our pruducts the best.
After the research and development in the several years, in August 2014, we successfully developed the first product for testing large power generator with independent intellectual property rights. We issued the enterprise standard(Q31/0115000111C001-2015) in January 2015 in Pudong New Area. In February 2016, we passed the ISO9000 quality system certification of CCS.
In June 2016, our product successfully passed the product classification test and technical appraisement of CCS with the name "Integrated Tester for Generator Set with Load". In August 2016, our 6MW product passed the military classification test and technical appraisement of CCS. The technical specification of our product met the standard of the general test method for power station of military internal combustion engine(GJB1488-1992). In September 2016, we passed the IP55 test executed by Shanghai Testing & Inspection Institute for Electrical Equipment(STIEE) of STCSM, and awarded the certification.
Out products has remarkable innovation and novelty. We awarded 18 items of National Intellectual Property Rights. Our products filled the blanks of technology, product and industry standard of load banks in our country. At the same time, our products reached the international first-class technical level of similar products.
Our team participated in China's 863 project, the 6th generation offshore oil drilling platform, the third AP1000 nuclear power plant 220kV reverse feeding load test service in Sanmen, Zhejiang, and received favourable reviews from CNOOC, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipyard and Sanmen nuclear power station and other customers.
