The loadbank is our main product which can test generator performance. It consists resistance load module, inductance load module, data acquisition module, electric control module, cooling module, communication module and integrated in a standard 40 feet container. Loadbank can be controlled from remote control station, set desired load quickly and accurately, measure and record the output parameter of supply, such as voltage, current, frequency, actual power, power factor and etc. Connect with transformer, the loadbank can be used to test supply with voltage from 6.6kV to 450V. Loadbank is suitable to transient testing, static voltage characteristic testing, frequency characteristic testing, over-load and over-current testing, generator connect testing. With our product, we can provide a flexible and efficient test technology scheme to ship maker and a reliable test results to ship owner.
The loadbank is build in a ISO-standard size container so it is easy to transport, easy to store and easy to maintain. The container painting is enhanced, it can resist sea-water corrosion, salt fog and moisture.
