Our company attaches great importance to the basic construction of the technical team. We trained and formed an R&D team, with senior engineers, engineers and technicians as backbones.
At present, there are over 30 people in our innovation and start-up development team, with an average age of 36 years old. There are 2 doctors, 4 masters, 16 bachelors and 8 engineers with colleage degree, all of whom major in electronic communication, observe and control, and automatic control technology of marine electromechanical system.
